- Responsible for creating and crafting cocktails, alcoholic beverages, non-alcoholic drinks, and other concotions
- Perfecting existing recipes and inventing new ones to ensure establishment has a unique and desirable menu

- Greets guests and informs them of specials, menu changes, in addition to making suggestions and answering questions regarding food, beverage, service and overall concept
- Takes food and beverage orders from guests and enters all items into the POS
- Manage tabs or voucher systems for payment
- Processing guest orders in a timely manner
- Observes to ensure that guests are satisfied with the food and service and responds to any additional requests and determines when the meal has been completed
- Responsible for prep work and ensuring that opening and closing tasks are completed smoothly and thoroughly
- Inspect cleanliness and presentation of the bar and surrounding areas and glassware
- Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workplace
- Follows all federal, state and local laws, codes and regulations outlined by management and the Drunken Fish Employee Handbook
- Extreme attention to detail and quality
- Uphold personal appearances and professionalism
- Knowledge of liquor, bar service, and recipe standards
- Follow through with all assigned tasks and be flexible to accommodate quickly to newly assigned duties
- Ability to remain calm under stressful situations and provide logical solutions to issues that may arise
- Ability to follow verbal directions
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and show flexibility during high volume periods
- Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time

- 18 years or older
- Education: High School or equivalent
- High energy and passion for the industry
- 5+ years professional front of the house experience in full-service food and beverage establishment and behind the bar
- Knowledge of event service practices
- Reliable transportation
- Demonstrates excellent time management and organizational skills
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays
