- Responsible for checking in with the Manager on Duty for instructions of the Banquet Event you are assigned to
- Reading of the Run of Show (ROS) and room layouts for proper room set-up
- Event setups and breakdowns involve: lifting and placing tables and chairs from racks and setting up multiple rooms per the given layout, laying linens, and setting tables following banquet standards
- Bussing, clearing tables, discarding of waste as needed
- Trash pick up/disposal, disinfecting all surfaces, thorough cleaning of restrooms
- Floor Care - including buffing, daily mopping, and other upkeep as needed
- Restroom Cleaning and Sanitation of fixtures; partitions; floors; changing out paper products
- Dust mopping, dusting, cleaning windows and glass, empty trash, dispose of all emptied alcohol waste from the bar, etc
- Stocking supplies in all cleaning areas
- Properly moving and storing equipment while following safety regulations
- Other duties as assigned by your Manager on Duty
- Have reliable transportation to and from all event locations during all scheduled shifts, including third-shift hours
- Be customer service oriented, able to converse with administration, faculty, parents and visitors
- Have the ability to be on your feet for long periods of time and understand that this job requires heavy lifting and is laborious
- Come well dressed in uniform and on time to scheduled shifts
- Have their own transportation that is available post 12AM for the 3rd shifts
- Demonstrate steady employment history to be considered
- Be dependable and work well with others as this is a team oriented environment
- Be able to lift at least 50 lbs
